Thanks Danielle, I'm actually going to the BREIA Expo here in Florida on November 3rd.

Hi I have been educating myself in for the past couple of months in regards to wholesaling. I'm ready to get started but I would like to have a mentor/partner to help me get started on my first couple of deals. Myself and my fiance are new to the real estate world and we have both been educating ourselves by reading and going on webinars and researching different methods of real estate investing. We will also be attending some upcoming BREIA events in October, hopefully to learn more and to network with other investors. 

I'm posting this because we are currently looking for  a mentor in south Florida  with a niche in wholesaling/flipping houses. We need guidance on how and where to get started. If anyone is willing to work/partner with us we would share the profits with them.

She stated that she's going to get a new loan by refinancing and then she's going to do the short sale ,can she do that?

I have a question regarding a friend in New York. She has to sell her house quickly  and she's going through a divorce, she's running out of money and time. She said that she's thinking of doing a short sale, but she really can't do anything until the divorce is finalized  and she has to pay $650 to get the deed in her name and she is having problems getting in contact with her soon to be ex husband so he can sign the papers. Is there another way she can get the deed in her name?
