Seeking A Mentor In South Florida

Hello,

Myself and my fiance are new to the real estate world and we have both been educating ourselves by reading and going on webinars and researching different methods of real estate investing. We will also be attending some upcoming BREIA events in October, hopefully to learn more and to network with other investors. 

I'm posting this because we are currently looking for  a mentor in south Florida  with a niche in wholesaling/flipping houses. We need guidance on how and where to get started. If anyone is willing to work/partner with us we would share the profits with them.
