I purchased a single family that I’m considering knocking down and building something new. I’m looking for a builder 1st by contacting my network. What are questions I need to be asking . How do I find the right fit. I’ve always done remodels never tear downs and rebuild. What should I know about entering this new area in Realestate.

I purchased 2 small single family houses making each 60k + after I repair and sell ( going on market April/ May) Got a great opportunity and will be selling my primary property to buy another home with potential lot development. Long story short.... IF YOU ARENT COMFORTABLE MOVE ON.

Best part... auction came back to me and ask if I want to buy for $174 k $100k less then before!!!! ALL WORKING OUT 💪🏽

Hi everyone! I was introduced to a property that my husband and I are thinking about going forward with. It’s a house that sits on 8 aces of land in a great suburb of Boston . We have no background in new contraction but we are loving this opportunity. Just wondering from you all that have done someone of this scale. What should be 1st steps. We spoke to a attorney today and the neighbor who also living around the area that would be affected by construction. I plan to go to the town and get all the information possible regarding this site area. Any advice or anything you all can share. We plan to living in the house that sits on the 8 aces and subdivide the aces into lots ( maybe 3) ....
