Does anyone have experience on Ft Myers Beach? Looking at my seasonal / vacation rental. What are the seasons? How much does it matter if you don't have a pool? How much does it matter if you are not on the beach or a water way?

I get a little nervous looking at pro forma numbers.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I dont have a lot of experience but I have contacts that do and I live about 15 Minutes away. I would be happy to help. Jan-April is the peak, however Its still a great place to be right now in August!

Congrats! Lots of great offices in town. I would check 5-6 out. A lot depends how much training you need. Good Luck!

Lol! Lot's of Non-War Zones in the Fort Myers Area! I moved here from Wisconsin and Love it here! Cape Coral and North Fort Myers has some nice deals as Well! Not hard to find a property managemant company to help you as well! As can I!

I spotted a very nice opportunity for a fix and flip or stay in as a Dream Home. Gulf Access Pool Home that is fine to live in now for under 500k. Priced to sell. If updated, it would be a great house. let me know if you want to be on my email when I stumble across these! I found this one garage saling. Lol!
