I really like certain parts of Cape Coral ie. close to down town and NW Cape. Its fun to monitor. Some properties I feel are too expensive but Deals show up. It has really improved since say 2010 and think it will continue to grow. The weather is Very Nice.

I lived in Jacksonville beach for 7 winters and enjoyed that very much. I have now settled in Cypress Lake (Fort Myers) and Love it. Much Warmer, Great Beaches, Golf and Fishing.
