I am a newbie as well...I have not actually purchased a property. The advice I see is that you make your money going in, I have my eye on something and I have my final offer in mind, but my two cents is as long as the price allows you to profit...Never go over....GOOD LUCK!

@Dale Carson CONGRATS... You give the rest of us Newbies INSPIRATION!!!

Looking at a possible wholesale deal....Have the owners name but no phone number...Wha’s the easiest way to get the phone number?

KUDOS on EVERYONE of these comments, because I received priceless information!!! Newbie getting ready to become a Landlord!!!! (Starting small, but starting)

Thanks ALL for chiming in...I love input and advice from ALL spectrums!!! This is a new venture for me and I know I will perhaps not know all there is to know...I need to pull the trigger, I need to come down from the cheap seats and get in the game👌🏽

Does anyone have some input on putting a property on Section 8, I've heard good and bad things....Please advise...Thanks

Thanks so much for the well received advice, you make a Great Point!

My basic instinct tells me that it is a wiser decision to get a rental with an already stable tenant in place you can see how they take care of the property for starters and they have a history with consistent payments....a little input on this please....Thanks
