Monthly real estate investor (REI) meetup on the windward side of Oahu! We had an even better turnout this month, and I look forward to seeing you all again!

Investors, Agents, Lenders, Military, ANYONE, join us at Kailua Beach Park Pavillion (between the canoes and the boat ramp) to network, and get in on the ground floor of our monthly meetups! This is open to anybody interested in real estate, or other local investments. We welcome all levels of experience, so come and eat some pizza with us! I will provide a couple of pizzas, but if you're hungry feel free to bring anything that suits your fancy!

@Katie Craigie We normally linger until around 8:30 so if you can make it out we will still be chilling! I may host another event one of these days, but I'll be off the island a lot over the next few weeks, so I'm not 100% certain.

@Alex D. There are people that suck at their job, no matter what the job is. The problem comes when we refer somebody to a realtor because we know them, rather than because they are best for the client.

@Chad Quillopo yessir, I wanted to do something different and fun for the challenge this year haha. As for moving, I'm still waiting on my official orders to hit the system, but I should be up to move in June.

@Chad Quillopo Sounds great brother, feel free to come to our meetup anytime! first Tuesday of every month at Kailua Beach Park (though it is quite the drive). There are a lot of guys on the island that invest mainland. One of them, @Lane Kawaoka , is a big Syndicator and hosts a lot of meetups too. Lots of awesome people to network with on this island.
