Task Easy is a landscaping vendor who subs out jobs to a variety of landscaping companies, and snow-blowing is an available service.

Since another applicant would need to go through the approval process as well, you would be transparent by letting them know that you have an application pending approval, but until a lease is signed, it is available for showing.
