Snow Removal and Lawn mowing costs in Cleveland
Cleveland Folks,
Trying to estimate what to factor in for monthly costs for snow removal (contract or per push?) and lawn mowing in Cleveland for a duplex - would appreciate any insight on this as well as recommendations for vendors - Thanks in advance

Snow you don't need to worry about. That is a tenant responsibility. As for grass you're looking at a cost of roughly $500-$550 for the year.
