Starting a LLC as an agent

Hey everyone,

I recently got my license and was wanting to set up a LLC as an agent, but I want to own a flip/ rental business also. What is the best way to go about setting up these two businesses? Should i just make one holding company and have the agent business and flip business under the holding company or start two completely different companies?
