I just got an acceptance on my first HUD property in Ontario CA and I have a buyer that will let me use the funds to close on the property. So I im hoping someone here could refer me to one they already work with or know of .

Good morning Crysta hope you are doing good this morning. You cannot ! I repeat you cannot start to double guess yourself and focus the challenges you are having trust when I say we all know some challenges can make you feel overwhelmed especially when looking for your first deal. Use your social networks you can look for Real estate investors in your area . I have some DC contacts that I'm sure wouldn't mind answering some of your questions and working with you on getting on the right Path to your first paycheck! There is a lot of great Humble members on here he a sponge and action action action! After all you won't know if you can or can't till you try and give it your all !
