Sorry for this late response and unfortunately the seller had cold feet throughout this whole process she hired a real estate agent to help her sell to us and when we wanted to close on it the realtor never sent the contract so we just let that deal go . I have one in LA and palmdale

We need a cash buyer to assign this deal tonight . If not we loose this contract we had a buyer that we sent the contract to back out saying that he wants a lower price now one day before deadline . Please call if youre interested
