Welcome to BP Jasmine! I echo the others, RICH has a great networking event the 1st Sat of each month. I hear good things about Jet's group as well.  I've attended others, but regardless of the # of people you meet, you will want to follow up and arrange a time to buy them coffee, lunch etc, and discuss ways to help each other.

Hi Jordan,

I would suggest seeing if she will attend a local REIA. She will most likely see people just like her that have been successfully investing in real estate. However, It doesn't matter that others think that real estate is the best solution for her money until she believes that real estate is the best answer.

Hi Tristan,

You can actually do both, mail and call.  You can use a company like TLO to skip trace and find a good phone number, address, or email address.  I recently, had a seller from a vacant home email me back.  I sent a letter, called, and emailed.  Sometimes you need multiple means to grab someones attention.

Hello Morgan, I Ditto the "join the Rich Club" Lot's of resources (mortgage co. title, attorneys, investors, contractors, hard money, etc) and ACTUAL deals taking place.  On my 1st visit I got up for the "Deal a minute" section and pitched my deal.  Within min 10 buyers texted me from the meeting and met me at the house.  I had a buyer from the Rich club buy the home the same day.
