These guys are CPA's that do a lot with real estate investors. They can work with people all over, but do have people in Raleigh. Ive meet Brandon Hall, he is a great guy.

What is the reason for the donation? 
Who are you donating this to? 

If these are personal, may be directly talk to your CPA. 


 We are donating to the Hindu temple, based on our personal preference.

Hello Bigger Pocket Members,

My name is Umesh and I am a real estate investor in NC.

My wife and I own a Marriott timeshare in Las Vegas. We bought this about 13 years ago. We are trying to sell it but not getting even 25% of our original price paid. We keep getting yearly maintenance charges of $1400 per year.

We are willing to let it go and do not want to pay any maintenance charges anymore.

My question is if we do not pay Maintenance charges, would Marriott create Lien and eventually take the ownership of the property by writing it off?

Will our this step create any damage to our other properties and our credit history?

We are open for any alternative suggestions but we want to get rid of the bleeding Marriott property.

Hello Guys,

I have new development. We are ready to write LOI for replacement property. As discussed earlier, relinquished residential properties were in the name of husband and wife and now we are creating two Disregarded LLCs for each of us. SO when we write LOI for replacement commercial property, should we write name of owned LLC along with each buyer's name? This is so confusing and any clarity from you would help this complicated process.
