Keith

It is combination of DTI and they are not off-setting my future rental income for future debt. 75% LTV and 75% rental income consideration.

Hello Adam,

Nope, I have not contacted them Do not know who is B2R but have heard of Lima One. rates are too high even with 25% down and that kills cash flow. That makes investment deal not viable. Starting rate is 6.5%.

Thanks,

Umesh

Hello Lucas

May I know which country are you planing to buy property? every country has different exit policies and that is what should be considered even before investing into that country.

Hello,

My name is Umesh Chokshi, real estate investor and this is my first post. I currently have 5 investment properties and I am maxxed out on mortgage. Current DTI is touching to 45. I am planning to buy 4 more SFH in Raleigh Durham area but no lender is willing to give me mortgage based on my current situation. Does someone know any lender who can help in buying more properties? I am willing to put 20-25% towards down payment. I have heard of portfolio loans but could not find anyone.

Any help is appreciated .

Thanks,
