Hello Everyone,
My wife and I are owning one residential investment property which was purchased for around $500K, 7 years back. Now the property is worth $1,2Millions.
We are planning to donate this property as now it has become debt free and is with clear title. I need your help. What steps and precautions should we need to take to facilitate this transaction?

If there is anyone who is a practicing tax Consultant, we would like to have one on one call and ready to pay for the services.

Thanks
