I am currently looking to start a Property Management Company and I'm wondering if there is a Property Management software that will handle both STR and LTR property? Originally, I was looking to do only LTR (I have 24 units) and have now decided to join forces with two incredible women who are looking to start at STR property management business in our vacation tourism hotspot of a town. Originally I was looking at Buildium for my needs but am now looking for a program that could handle both. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for a program that will help me find contact info for non owner occupied and multifamily properties. Has anyone used Propstream or another program like it. Is it worth it?

Thanks.  I looked at Appfolio, Yardley, renttec and buildium.   Yardley seemed way more expensive then what we needed at this time.  Appfolios website wasn't super easy to navigate.  It maybe a great program, I don't know, but the initial impression was tarnished by the website interaction.   

Rentrec and buildium seemed to offer a similar products with similar features that fit our needs.   Although buildium costs a little more per unit we have decided to move forward with their platform.  Their program seemed more polished that Renttec. Think Asteroids vs super Mario Brothers.  In regards to selling our property management services to other landlords we preferred the look and feel of it. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
