Good morning/afternoon/evening all,

My name is Tyre and I am the owner of Azure Freedoms and I am looking for experienced business partners to buy and hold rental properties. If you are or if you know anyone that are the following (please see below), please comment on this thread or PM me:

1. Real Estate Agent
2. Lenders
3. Contractors

4. Bookkeepers

5. Accountant

6. Lawyer
7. Property management

We are located in SC but we are willing to work with partners out of state as well. Thank you all and have a bless day!

Good morning/afternoon/evening all,

I am looking to use the BRRRR strategy on my first property but I don't know how I will purchase it, what are the best ways a rookie investor can acquire the funds to purchase his first property? Thank you all.

Tyre C

Azure Freedoms LLC (Owner)

@Coty Dolan no you are fine, all that information was very helpful. Thank you so much!

@Jaysen Medhurst exactly, and also I am studying the BRRRR strategy step by step in detail as I go.

@Jaysen Medhurst I agree, I am still in the education phase and finding and analyzing good deals is a challenge for me.

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I am a newbie investor and I have been researching different methods on how to begin my real estate investing journey. I looked into the BRRRR method and it interested me greatly. In your honest opinion, what is the most difficult part of the BRRRR strategy and why? I believe my problem areas will be the Buy and Refinance portions of the strategy. Thank you all.

@Nicholas L. Oh I see so as long as I am occupying that property as well, I can rent out the room as soon as I want? For example if I buy a duplex, I can fix up the room and rent it out as soon as possible? Do you think it also depends on state laws as well?

@Nicholas L. thank you, so I will be using the VA loan to finance my first home. I believe I read and research somewhere that I have to live in my home for a whole year before I rent out one of my rooms (if I am not correct, please let me know). And thank you Nick, I will make notes forums.
