Good morning,

What are the key team members that I should have on my REI team to do an in-home flip project? All advice is welcome, thank you all!

Hello,

I wanted to know, in your opinion, the criteria of an ideal real estate agent for a first time home buyer? For example, some questions to ask would be “how many homes have you sold in a year”, “what is your marketing strategy to put homes up for sale”, or “how long you been a real estate agent”. All comments are welcome.

@Mark H. Porter Oh thank you! I didn’t think about that lol. Let me go try to edit my post

Hello,

I wanted to know, as a new homeowner in progress, the step by step breakdown of purchasing a home? Like what was your process during the entire time from start to finish? All comments are welcome, thank you all.

@Philip Coiro Thank you for the advice. And me and my wife took a few notes from the advice given from everyone here (thank you especially on adding on to this discussion). Me and my wife have a criteria for a style of home we should have to help us mitigate the in home flip. We are targeting SFHs with 3 beds/2 baths. We can switch out rooms and bathrooms while the others are under construction. Then we will work on the backyard next since we won’t be using it since it is just the two of us with no kids, no pets. The front of the house will definitely take some time but we can manage.

@Jarrod Kohl thank you for the advice brother. Me and my wife both agreed on taking care of the bathroom first since she has the most ideas for it lol.

@Cisco Hood lol oh no you are good. I was telling my wife the other day once we sell our property, lets save up the cash and use the cash reserves for the renovating. Great minds think alike lol

@Cisco Hood sweet! In your opinion what takes the longest to complete?

@Kat W. Haha sounds like a plan
