Hi Marlene,
I'm in agreement with the others $1000 is way too much. I have used Elance.com in the past to find many professionals that do great work from many professions including internet marketing. Im currently researching a provider that works for $2 hour from India. Which would add up to about $20 week or $80 a month. Take a look.

Karen,
Thats alot of sites to post wholesale deals on. I use craigslist also and it has helped me establish great relationships and get some deals done. Would you mind sharing the other sites you use?

Good point, Jeffrey what do you recommend that I use for photos? Take them myself?

Congrats Josh,
You really deserve the honor. The site is great and you are very easy to contact and interact with. Keep up the great work.

Hey Josh, I have no idea on how to do that but I will send an email to my designer right now and see what he knows. I can only guess that the reason he did not address this is because I did not ask. I will check into it a little further and I might have to find someone else to deal with.

Paul- My purpose is to assist investors/homebuyers by offering a variety of services ranging for loan origination to tenant placement in the Atlanta market. I will also speak with the designer about keywords.

Guys thanks for your help. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I got a deal.

Josh,
I would appreciate any suggestions you can make concerning the SEO. When the guy designed the site we never spoke about SEO which I know very little about so I know there are some issues.

I am seriously considering changing the black background for better visibility. Also Im looking into reducing the amount of text making it easier to see what it is I have to offer.

What exact suggestions do you have concerning the SEO. I appreciate the help.

Josh, Thanks for fixing the link for me I was unsure on the right way to get that done.

Im not sure what you mean by a usability issue. Are you speaking about me identifying my market or the website itself?

I felt that I was helping people with their needs such as client consultation, loan origination, project management etc. Can you give me some examples of you what you mean?

Point taken on famous people quotes.

Im sorry Josh you asked me if I built the site or paid for it the last post. I paid for it to be done by a designer in India through Elance. He is a wonderful guy very easy to work with and very professional. I can forward his contact info if you need it.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks Josh,
but in the very first sentence on the home page it says"GlobalOne Real Estate Consulting & Management LLC is a corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia."

And later in the same paragraph it says ..." that not only provides services in Atlanta, but on a nationwide level as well."

What other suggestions do you have as far as me identifying my market? Should I dedicate a whole page about the Atlanta market and its trends?

Yes I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
