I am reaching out to connect with investors in the DMV. 

Are you finding that the current inventory is better in DC vs MD and even VA?

I am seeing a lot of smaller multifamily (duplex/triplex) units pop up in areas in MD. If you have a multi-how is it doing? Are you finding vacancy issues? 

DC- SE is seeing a lot of flips, flip opportunities. I know some have it in their mind to stick to specific areas, have the updates changed anyone's minds on investment strategies? 

I feel that this area is very high in rental activity due to our unique position in location and essentially having our own market bubble in the overall nations market.

If you're interested in out of state, take a look in Maryland! Lots and lots of our investors are pushing for that market, and the price point is still low (for now)
