Looking to network/connect with Investors in DC/MD

Hey all!

I am reaching out to connect with investors in the DMV. 

Are you finding that the current inventory is better in DC vs MD and even VA?

I am seeing a lot of smaller multifamily (duplex/triplex) units pop up in areas in MD. If you have a multi-how is it doing? Are you finding vacancy issues? 

DC- SE is seeing a lot of flips, flip opportunities. I know some have it in their mind to stick to specific areas, have the updates changed anyone's minds on investment strategies? 

I feel that this area is very high in rental activity due to our unique position in location and essentially having our own market bubble in the overall nations market.
