New investor! NC & VA
Hello! I am a new investor currently based out of Greensboro, NC but spend a lot of time in Virginia as well. My husband and I are finishing up our first home as a live in flip and are looking for our next investment in the Triad area of NC or in SW Virginia Appalachian area. I have found a TON of great meetups so far using the Meetup.com website. If you search your area and then type in “real estate investing” or just “real estate” it should show you a lot of options.
