New investor! NC & VA
Hello! I am a new investor currently based out of Greensboro, NC but spend a lot of time in Virginia as well. My husband and I are finishing up our first home as a live in flip and are looking for our next investment in the Triad area of NC or in SW Virginia Appalachian area. Would love to connect with anyone in the area. Please share if you have any regular REI meet ups etc.

Hello Olivia! That is excited you are on to your next investment, congratulations! I just moved to Charlotte, NC and am interested in the Greensboro area for investing as well.
I have found a TON of great meetups so far using the Meetup.com website. If you search your area and then type in “real estate investing” or just “real estate” it should show you a lot of options.
