Who do you use at UICCU? It's always good to build a relationship with other banks before you need them!

I'd ask what the city is doing to incentivize job growth in the area, whether that be from the city or a regional entity. I believe that cities need to lead with jobs if they want to grow. 

I use Bryan Palmer at Bank Iowa in Independence. He makes things very easy, especially for flips!
