@Adam Johnson thanks for responding to my post. I agree with you when you say think different about the way we manage and spend money. I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and I've began reading "Who Took My Money" which is part of the Rich Dad series. It has opened my eyes to the different ways we spend and save our money and I hope to learn more from the current book I'm reading. I will be ordering those other 2 books when I get done with this book. I will also keep an open mind about my investment strategies. Again, thanks for the advice.

My name is Tyler Moore, and I am a new investor in the Army National Guard who is currently on deployment. My goals are to do wholesale deals, and own residential and storage property. If anyone has any good books or websites they can direct me to that discusses real estate, business, or financial education please let me know.

Also, if you have any books about those subjects sitting on your book shelf that you have finished reading and don't want anymore, don't let it collect dust!! Just send it over to me so I can gain some knowledge.  I can PM you my mailing address if you are interested in sending me a book or 2.

Hey BP members,

My name is Tyler and I am a real estate investor in the Hampton Roads Virginia area that would love to get started. I have read a lot of articles and listened to many podcasts on BP and other forums and have gone to a few real estate investment seminars. I am currently in the process of getting my Real Estate license for the state of Virginia and I feel I have done enough reading and research at this point to TAKE ACTION and get something done. If anyone needs any assistance from taking photos of their properties, to helping with post cards and mailing lists, or anything involving real estate investing as long as it is ethical and legal, I am your guy.

I am in the Army National Guard and will be deploying in June. It would be a big accomplishment for me to get at least 1 or 2 deals done before then or at least assist in getting deals done.
