New Investor

Hey BP members,

My name is Tyler and I am a real estate investor in the Hampton Roads Virginia area that would love to get started. I have read a lot of articles and listened to many podcasts on BP and other forums and have gone to a few real estate investment seminars. I am currently in the process of getting my Real Estate license for the state of Virginia and I feel I have done enough reading and research at this point to TAKE ACTION and get something done. If anyone needs any assistance from taking photos of their properties, to helping with post cards and mailing lists, or anything involving real estate investing as long as it is ethical and legal, I am your guy.

I am in the Army National Guard and will be deploying in June. It would be a big accomplishment for me to get at least 1 or 2 deals done before then or at least assist in getting deals done.
