I have recently been able to build a buyers list for wholesaling homes.  I am wondering what the best way to find sellers in my area would be ?

I live in a some what rural area. Spetics are at almost every house. ALWAYS  get it inspected and it helps to know local rules , maintenance and  such regarding septic systems if you are going to own a property with one.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself and my goals . 

About me : My name is Tyler Eastburn. 26 years old . Born and raised in Minnesota.   I have been working in the low voltage industry for 5 years. Mainly 2 way public safety and cell phone reamplification in commercial and multi family units. 

My goals: My goal is to pick up /learn as much as possible from professionals in the industry. I would like to eventually start getting my feet wet. If that means working with/for someone and learning by doing (my preferred method) than so be it. The end result I'm looking for is to create a passive income stream and hopefully become self employed one day soon.

This was all very helpful information. I have recently been looking into wholesaling and also live in MN. With most things you need a license so I found it strange  that a wholesaler would not need a real estate license.
