It’s really a matter of knowing your stuff. I see so many agents that don’t have a clue about investment analysis. You need to know the strategy that the client wants to I use, what their parameters are, how to source good quality deals, etc.

Most residential agents work exclusively with homeowners because they don’t know how to do anything else. Position yourself as an expert and go from there.

The income is unlimited but remember you are always 15-30 days out on a paycheck so you have to budget accordingly. It is extremely competitive in most markets but I love what I do. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

I’ve lived in Lubbock, Texas my entire life and worked as a Paramedic here for many years. As some have stated 5-10 minutes and you’re in a different world. The violent crime is isolated mainly to a few specific areas of the town. Petty crime happens in every area of this country.

My advice would be no matter what city you are looking to purchase in take a good loook at the specific area that the property is in. From there how does the area look cosmetically, economically, crime wise, etc. during your due diligence phase and decide if the specific investment will perform well.

I think Lubbock is a great marketplace currently. I would love to go into more depth with you but we have 3 main driving factors. Education, Agriculture, and Healthcare. Our rental market is extremely solid.

What are you goals/what are you looking for?

Thanks!
