I'm just following up with a recent post to add to the book of knowledge of other posts about MI.  I appreciate our members staying close and providing their candid feedback on MI.  I've just signed up for info from MI's TX investment opportunities.  Has anyone done this yet?  Their pitching Non-Recourse Loans as a big benefit, through them.  They've sent me a few videos and some preparation work.  Will keep this stream updated as to how it turns out.
