I'm looking for some advice on when is a good time to buy, I have a 12 unit apt building but its getting more difficult to find buyers. the numbers make sense and its a beautiful home building. I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong?

Iv been planning to hopefully doing business in these hot market areas. Iv been doing some research and starting to see more and more people moving to cities and states like AZ, Austin, Dallas, Georgia, Atlanta, and Florida. WHats your experience in these states in either wholeselling, ownership, Renting Etc.

@Noah Chappell Youre 100 percent right ! I was trying to make the numbers make sense on a buy and hold but my investor wanted his ROI within 5 years on a multi family brownstone in St. Paul I told him that's highly unlikely.

@Corey Hawkinson AYEEEEE!!! man its been weird Ive had a few buyers telling me areas and I know for sure these areas are not worth what the huose is priced at but its still selling like hot cakes !
