Hello BP,

I have been trying to look for any existing posts that fit this situation but I have not been able to find anything substantial. Please help answer this question. I have a scenario where someone I am close with is way behind in their mortgage. They would like to get out of the house and hopefully receive some type of finances to relocate. Is this a learning opportunity as a newbie to do a potential deal or at least help them in any way? What options might be available? And how to go about this? Any information is most appreciated. Thanks.

Hello @Kris Lawhead, welcome to BP! I see that you are from Enteprise...what are some surrounding areas? I don't recall ever hearing of that area. At any rate, thank you for your service! You are in a great place to learn more about investing and make some good connections. The pod casts are great and so are the forums. If you are ever free on Wednesdays, be sure to sign up for the webinars. In case you miss them life, you can still sign up in advance and be sent the replay.

I wish you all the best!
