New investor in Miami, Florida
Hi everyone. My name is Jesus, I'm a 22 year old electrician. Born, raised and in love with South Florida.
My time as an electrician has provided me with valuable knowledge of the rehab process and property maintenance, as well as a decent understanding of the local real estate market. I've been fascinated with real estate ever since I can remember and am now ready to put my skills and brains to good use and get started in the world of real estate investing.
My interest lies mainly in buy and hold real estate, and I would love to build a circle of partners/friends in south Florida who share similar goals and are willing to teach, learn, and grow successful together!

Thats awesome that you are an electrician by trade. When it comes to buy and hold investing I always say there are two things you DO NOT want to try and do yourself. Electrical & Legal. You have one of those specialities in house. Huge competitive advantage.
