Brand-spanking New to Real Estate
Hello All,
My name is Daryl (not my other brother Daryl) and I am brand new to real estate investing. I am on the verge of doing my first flip in Central Texas (Bell County). I desire to invest outside of my local area (Florida) but find it hard to connect with investment savvy agents and experienced investors. I sense they can tell I'm a newbie and only throw me small scraps. I am reading everything I can and listening to as many podcasts as possible. I am wondering if someone could guide me to a local investment club and/or connect me with other investors in Florida that don't mind helping a new investor? Thanks for any suggestions.
