I have a bunch of interested buyers in this property that I am wholesaling. I've read a lot and researched a lot but I am looking for someone to help me in the next steps. As far as everything from where I get the contract, and what type of contract- to the title and everything else in between. I messaged some people on here that I thought could help me out but they weren't interested.

Hi all,

Can someone please send me a template of a wholesale assignment contract? Or point me in the direction to where I can find one. I've did searches....I've downloaded and looked at some on BP but it said I reached my limit or something. (lol)

I have a extremely motivated seller that wants to work with me and I would like some help please please please!

Also, I thought that I signed an agreement between me and the seller, then a separate contract between me and the buyer. I can't find any solid information or help I feel like everything keeps taking me in a circle, again, help.

@Jessica Wellington Hi Jessica, I think you should absolutely be able to find something in Harrisburg! I was born and raised in Harrisburg and while I am new to the investing side of things, I know there are some sketchy areas, but you will still do good checking out the properties and finding a gem. :)

@Ethel Weaver Yeah I guess no one else here has either, maybe I'll just go first and see what it's about lol
