Wholesale Assignment Contract

Hi all,

Can someone please send me a template of a wholesale assignment contract? Or point me in the direction to where I can find one. I've did searches....I've downloaded and looked at some on BP but it said I reached my limit or something. (lol)

I have a extremely motivated seller that wants to work with me and I would like some help please please please!

Also, I thought that I signed an agreement between me and the seller, then a separate contract between me and the buyer. I can't find any solid information or help I feel like everything keeps taking me in a circle, again, help.

 Have you asked your closing attorney any questions concerning your plan?

Many investors choose a title company to work with them on real estate deals; however, 

some title companies do not have attorneys on pay roll to handle legal questions.

I recommend getting a free consultation from a local real estate attorney to discuss your

investing plans to see if wholesaling is accepted in your state, although most states do allow wholesaling. Ask your attorney if an assignment contract can be drafted for you to use.
