Well my worst fear just happen I have lost my HUD realtor that does all my HUD bidding for me. We are on the market again for a Texas Realtor or two (Houston, Dallas, etc) area. We do a lot of submissions and our last realtor just didn't have the time working two different jobs. If anyone is interested IM or email us and we can discuss.

I would also look for duplexes, triplexes, and quads. This way it's 1 you live in one side and rent the others out. The rentals should just about cover your house payment. After you've been there a year and you've save what money that you would be normally paying for your portion you can move out to buy your second property and have the 1st property creating cash flow.

Sorry on the delay folks unfortunately you win some and lose some the seller only gave me a week to close on the house and couldn't get everything together in time.  Oh well on to the next house.  As for how I found these duplexes was through a wholesaler that I meet at the many meetme real estate clubs that I go too.  The financing that I was lining up was actually from someone from Bigger Pockets.  You have love all the connections that we make with the Bigger Pockets family.  Off to looking for more properties.  Have a great one.
