@Jay Hinrichs-thanks for reply; You’re right about techniques in dated courses are still viable doing real estate deals....so I’ve decided to keep them in my real estate reference library. However these same dated courses (that are in new condition) are now listed on eBay for almost $500!

Hi everyone. I have William Bronchick’s following Dated Courses: Flipping Properties, Rent-to-Own, and Alternative Real Estate Financing; All three courses, the contracts and dvds are still in tact (like new condition) Would you sell these, or keep in your real estate library...even if some techniques and/or procedures are outdated? Thanks

@Brian Gibbons what you mentioned is not enough to get tenant buyers' attention.  Do you have any other ideas, anyone? Thanks to all those who replied to post...

Idea: If you don't get help you need here to this post; try pulling up a Landlord-Tenant leasing agreement online that complies with the State of Nevada, and having a Nevada attorney review it and add verbiage to make sure its solid in your favor. If you don't know an attorney, try finding one online as well and check out their reviews before calling and doing business.  Good luck!

Agreed what Corina said; however, I would like to add "time is of the essence".  Hurry up do your homework, contact the owners, and make offers on properties if everything checks out.  There are other bird-dogs and wholesalers who are looking for vacant properties as well.  Good luck !

IF there is a huge language barrier; how do you expect to communicate with your uncle doing real estate deals?  As far as obtaining more knowledge about doing real estate deals do your research on this website, read books, and if you're financially able buy a course that explains everything A to Z, etc.  To strategically find deals to work with your uncle, you have to do some type of marketing.  Once you find a deal and need some guidance, come to this site and post your questions to get some advice from the experts.  Good luck with getting your license, too!

Check out and joined California real estate clubs in the area to network and possibly find a partner. And you are going to need a joint venture contract when partnering with others. Never do business verbally; always get an agreement in writing with partners.Good luck, Taronda!

Dodd Frank has effected lease options in a very negative way since you can't offer rent credits to Tenant Buyers!; What incentives do Investors NOW...(2016)  give Tenant Buyers to do lease option deals? That was one of the biggest selling points to get Tenant Buyers to do sandwich lease options and, or lease option assignments. If you specialize in this niche, has your business been effected?

Hi Tunisia, Welcome to BP Family

Like Jonathan, Tim and Jenkins stated: there's a wealth of information to be found on BP forums and podcasts.

Also if you enjoy watching educational videos, there are a wealth of videos on YouTube with regards to real estate wholesaling. I am a subscriber to a few of the good channels.

Good luck.
