I'm wondering about specific laws to the state of Florida regarding lead generation websites. 

Do you have to be a licensed agent to find and sell real estate leads in the the state of Florida?

Ive been looking online, and cant really find much. Will i have to consult a lawyer?

Hey all,

I have a unique idea for a lead gen site that sells leads to local real estate agents. I'm positioned incredibly well in a certain niche, and have a strong marketing background so getting the leads will be the easy part...

I'm currently stumped on where to sell the leads... Obviously I am trying to sell them to agent, but I'm confused as to how to go about this. Do I cold call? Is there a marketplace where I can sell in different markets? Or do I just drive agents to my site and have them sign up?

Any clarification and information you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Marshall Weaver and I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I have had a business idea for a while now but I am getting confused on the plausibility of it.

The idea is to create a franchiseable real estate business in a certain niche, and I'm wondering if I can do this as just an agent. Or do i have to be a broker to hire other agents to work for me and/or start there own franchise.

Any info you could give me would be much appreciated.
