Questions regarding broker license

Hey all,

My name is Marshall Weaver and I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I have had a business idea for a while now but I am getting confused on the plausibility of it.

The idea is to create a franchiseable real estate business in a certain niche, and I'm wondering if I can do this as just an agent. Or do i have to be a broker to hire other agents to work for me and/or start there own franchise.

Any info you could give me would be much appreciated.
