I see vacant land all the time for sale and I was wondering how would someone know if its a good deal to buy in a paticular area and make a killing within a few years? Like what factors would make the deal good and how do you see the profit before you sign the contract

The mailing formula is not effective as far as im concerned so Im trying to take a new approach however, I dont no what to say to these guys besides would yo be interested in selling your house.

Does anyone have a winning strategy to obtain these preforeclosure deals??

hi, my name is devin and I am a new investor. I am 18 years old and Fresh out of highschool exploring the world of real estate. Currently I have my LLC set up, and me and my partner have been trying to make some moves, however its hard without credit :crying: and no1 will cosign on a loan for us.......

We are now trying to get some foreclosure deals and hopefull find a cosigner that can help us buy an rehab property weve been looking at that has great value and in a good area.
