Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum as well as to real estate investing. I've been self-employed on and off for about 10 years and was look for some new ways to generate income. I've been interested in real estate for a couple of years now and am now ready to get to to REI seriously...mainly rehabs. So if you have any advice, I'm all ears.
