hi, my name is devin and I am a new investor. I am 18 years old and Fresh out of highschool exploring the world of real estate. Currently I have my LLC set up, and me and my partner have been trying to make some moves, however its hard without credit :crying: and no1 will cosign on a loan for us.......

We are now trying to get some foreclosure deals and hopefull find a cosigner that can help us buy an rehab property weve been looking at that has great value and in a good area.
