Hello everyone , I'm still learning just got a question .I drove by a property on way home ,they had a for sale by owner for $169k 4beds 2 baths 1750sq ft, .73 acres . How would you deal a wholesale for it ? Get the fmv-repairs-8%closing cost then multiply by 75% to get what it's worth . I looked up the address on Zillow it's saying it's worth $184,785 .it was built in 1803 last remodeled in 1993 also saying needs TLC
