Andrew A. Thank you!! I've been listening to the podcast and reading to get my knowledge up but I know experience is the best teacher. Jacksonville is definitely growing very fast in many areas and I have a lot of knowledge of the area as I drove a garbage truck for about 3 years all across the area so I've seen a lot of pros and cons. The other good thing is the surrounding areas are also good depending on which direction so there is a lot of potential over here. I looked into Orlando which is your area I see to try and network, it's only a two hour drive or so. If you have any suggestions please let me know I would be happy to set something up :-).
