Hello, my name is Trey I'm new to the game and I'm reaching out to try and see who I can connect and work with to learn and grow. I'm sure you're all busy so my goal is to work with you not get in your way. I'm a fast learner and willing to do what it takes to learn, hopefully we can connect and get to know each other better and hopefully work together.
Andrew A. Thank you!! I've been listening to the podcast and reading to get my knowledge up but I know experience is the best teacher. Jacksonville is definitely growing very fast in many areas and I have a lot of knowledge of the area as I drove a garbage truck for about 3 years all across the area so I've seen a lot of pros and cons. The other good thing is the surrounding areas are also good depending on which direction so there is a lot of potential over here. I looked into Orlando which is your area I see to try and network, it's only a two hour drive or so. If you have any suggestions please let me know I would be happy to set something up :-).

Corey Clarkston sounds like a plan my good man. Jax if defiantly a unique market for sure and one of the top in the country said by many. How would you like to go about connecting?

No meets in my area, Orlando is the closest which is fine.
I already have alerts for FL and Florida.
Already started the beginners guide, reading blogs and trying to connect.
Podcast and books I'm all over right now and also MLS, Redfin, listingsource, auction.com and Zillow lol.
I'm all in man just trying to get more laser focused and get that first deal.
