Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you for that info, everything's helps for sure. No meets in my area, Orlando is the closest which is fine. I already have alerts for FL and Florida. Already started the beginners guide, reading blogs and trying to connect. Podcast and books I'm all over right now and also MLS, Redfin, listingsource, auction.com and Zillow lol. I'm all in man just trying to get more laser focused and get that first deal.

Robert Rayford thank you for that information. I agree with you 1000% on this. One thing I've come to see reading and listening to all this information is you start to drift in many different direction because everyone's strategy is different. Drilling down on one strategy to start with is very important. Jacksonville is defiantly a moving market and looks like it will be for some time. What I'm starting to see is that it's difficult to get in contact with other investors on a consistent basis. Not sure if it's because I'm posting in the wrong sections or people are just that busy. I think if we can all collaborate together and put all of our minds to work we can make some progress in the right direction. Thank you again for that input.

I understand I will have to keep knocking on doors and it's cool with me because anything worth having won't be easy. First impression is a big deal especially when Investing time and money. I just wanted to reach or to the community and get some input. I feel like flying to Jersey to meet lol.
