@Jerah Reeves congrats on your early success! As a fellow athlete, I'd ask you, how did you build the best relationships with your teammates? I'd guess time was a big factor. The more you get to know the person the more confidence and trust you'll build. So get out there and meet people and talk real estate. Set up coffees, talk to people in line at Home Depot, meet your neighbors, go to REI meet ups, meet like minded people here. I'm originally from The Bing area and have always had it in the back of my mind to invest there. Let's chat and share experiences.

@Aldo Balatti we have been successful in the 2-4 unit space in the SE of Buffalo and plan to continue. In the city limits there is a decent price to tax ratio. We do have one property technically in Cheektowaga and the taxes are a bit higher, but it still cash flows. I have a local partner so we self-manage.
