Hello, I am an 18 year old that wasn’t to get into self storage. I see an opportunity to buy a facility but I have 1 problem. I can’t make the down payment. Any ideas of what I can/should do?

Hello! I am new to Self Storage investing and I am looking at a buying a few storage facilities. I will be taking loan from bank. When I figure all of my finances for each, none seem to cash flow. Is that normal for your first self storage facility until you gain capital and then reinvest into more? I need options and opinions on what to do. Thanks!

Where are god areas and how do I know where to put up storage units? Looking for good locations

Best ideas and thought about putting up storage units? I have an investor that will be paying for the down payment for the loan. What is a good deal that we could make to make best of both worlds? A certain percentage? A certain cut per unit? This is my first storage unit and would like to get some knowledge of what to do and what my next steps will be. Also, any areas that are a good option?
