So I'm currently 20 years old, I'm active duty in the military, I live in the DMV area, I would like to build wealth for myself and I'd like to hear some how some other members utilized the VA loan as leverage to start their process.

I’m looking for some recommendations on good closing agents ( title companies and/or real estate attorneys ) in the Maryland area.

(I live in Southern Maryland so any of them around that area is a plus but any where in Maryland will do fine)

Robert E. Greene - The 48 Laws of Power

James Clear - Atomic Habits

Jordan B. Peterson - 12 Rules For Life

These are just a few book I’ve read and that I recommend.

@Lansana W Kallon Honestly at the end of the day it all depends on the seller’s why. You could go to any part of Maryland and make profit you just have to be able to cater yourself to each person’s problem and figure out how you creatively formulate a solution using their real estate as leverage.
