I am replacing galvanized pipes in Jacksonville (Murray Hill/Normandy area... 32205). Additionally, I am converting a laundry room into a bathroom.

Does anyone have any plumber recommendations?

Thank you.

@McLain Lavis Like most large cities there are definitely areas that are more desirable than others. But Jacksonville is such a spread out city that one more desirable neighborhood could be right around the corner or miles away from the next desirable neighborhood. What type of rental property are you leaning towards: single family, multi, etc? Do you have a price point in mind you’re wanting to stay around? How much rehab are you wanting to do? Any specific requests... close to ocean, good school district, etc? Do you have a timeline of wanting to acquire the place? Happy to provide whatever help I can.

@Andrea R. Yes Andrea I would agree with Austin on his grades of those neighborhoods. Speaking from personal experience, I currently am in the process of purchasing a rental property on the cusp of Murray Hill/Normandy area close to I-10. I would grade it overall as a B-/C+ area. A few streets over drops pretty clearly into the firm C realm. That’s pretty much the overall makeup of Jacksonville— very street to street. But I’m marketing my property as just a few minutes drive to Avondale, Riverside, San Marcos which are A areas; and just a few minutes further to NAS and downtown/financial center which aren’t A areas but are where a lot of people work; and for individuals (like myself) who work in Jax Beach area it’s just a quick hop onto the I-10 to head to the coast. Coming from out of state to live/invest in Jax I asked the same questions about overall neighborhoods makeup. I hope this helped!
